 A Personal Testimony 

"I was born into a Roman Catholic family in a premature, 6-month birth. During delivery and because of my small size, I went unnoticed. Because my mother insisted she had heard a baby cry, I was rescued by the doctor just as the small town hospital staff had placed me with the linens."

"At the age of 3, I died when I was hit by a mail truck. I went to heaven and saw Jesus. He told me my time was not up yet and that He had a job for me to do."

"At the age of 19, I had a born-again experience but quickly fell back into a life of sin."

While enrolling for college David was robbed and ended up homeless with only five dollars in his pocket. Finding himself homeless, David prayed and asked the Lord to help him, saying, "Lord if you will get me out of this situation, I will help others when the time comes."

David began his venture by knocking on every church door he could find, receiving help to get his life back on track. His experience later gave him a vision to bring the churches together to help those less fortunate.

"It was not until two Christian women witnessed to me in a bar that I truly understood the love of God. I recommitted my life to Christ and since that time have had a vision to 'Take The World for Jesus' so others will know Him too."

David Clifton received his Doctorate Degree in Philosophy and Theology at Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Clifton is the author of “The Legacy of Jesus Christ and Others."

On August 1, 2011 we assumed operations at "The Carpenters Cupboard." We are located at 9170 West 44th Avenue in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Donations are needed in the form of financial gifts, food (perishable and non-perishable), clothing and other tangible items.

Volunteers are needed Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

WHO WE ARE:
David Clifton Ministries, Inc. (dba "The World for Jesus International") was founded as an evangelistic outreach to reach the lost for Jesus Christ worldwide.

HISTORY:
Charted in January 1990 by Dr. David L. Cliftion, David Cliftion Ministries, Inc., was established as a 501C3 non-profit, tax exempt organization.  The ministry started as a street outreach, established a soup kitchen for the homeless, and provided food for the hungry and needy, locally and worldwide.

OUR MISSION:
World evangelism is the heart of God... It is the heart we must have!  Our mission is to go to all the world to reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19) and to make disciples of all nations! (Mark 16:15)

OUR VISION:
It is in reaching, touching, changing the world for Jesus Christ.  (Our heart and vision is fulfilling the Great Commission)
   Reaching and evangelizing the neglected
   Planting churches in forbidden places
   Touching the lives of orphans and widows
